Lewisham’s automatic doors for access are all operational in the centre. Our car park is manned, and signage is in place to ensure disabled guests and children with young families are given priority access. Should you have any specific needs you may speak to a member of staff whether in centre or when queueing to enter the centre. You may also call ahead of your visit to discuss any concerns or questions (020 8852 0094)
Our car park will continue to offer blue badge bays for guests on all levels of the car park. These bays are located near the lift cores on all levels except. You may press for assistance when entering or existing the car park, or call ahead of your visit to discuss any concerns or questions.
Our disabled toilets have not required any alteration and are open as normal. There will be housekeepers on hand should any further assistance be required.
Lewisham has taken guidance from Colostomy UK to provide stoma-friendly toilet facilities. All of our accessible toilets have been updated to include the correct Stoma Facilities. These can be found at the West side entrance. Each toilet now includes wall hooks, a colostomy bag shelf, a wall mirror and the correct disposal facilities.
Lewisham Shopping Centre offers a warm welcome to all our guests and it’s important to us that everyone can enjoy the shopping, dining and leisure available. For some children and adults, who have hidden disabilities, this can be more challenging. That’s why we’ve introduced
three sensory backpacks which are available to hire free of charge from our Customer Information Point.
These sensory backpacks are particularly aimed at those guests with autism and are packed full of items to assist children and adults and include:
We will be asking users of the sensory backpacks to return them after use to our Customer
