Your safety is our number one priority, so we have rolled out lots of new in-centre signage to help you keep a safe distance from others while shopping.
There's also a one-way system in place. Simply follow the arrows on the floor.
We have installed hand sanitiser stations, and our in-centre cleaning teams will be working harder than ever to help make Lewisham shopping centre a safe place for everybody.
We are monitoring capacity and our stores have limits on the number of people who can enter. This may result in the need to queue. A queuing system will be introduced for entry to the centre should capacity be reached.
Store opening hours are also subject to change and we will be updating you on our website, so please check ahead. Some shops may not be open.
Some of our stores may also only be accepting card payments; please check with them directly.
Please stick to social distancing in the lifts.
Please be thoughtful and give priority lift access to our disabled customers and those with pushchairs.
We are asking people to follow government guidance in relation to wearing a face covering. The latest advice can be found here. This currently means guests must wear a face covering in shops, and in the indoor parts of the centre too. Please plan ahead and bring a suitable face covering with you.
It is mandatory to wear a face covering in shops and individual retailers will have their own policies on how to ensure compliance. In the mall areas, you are also required to wear a face covering and if you are not wearing one, you will be politely asked to do so – we do appreciate that there are reasons for exemption. Our staff in the mall areas will always continue to wear face coverings as we have done since 15th June.
Restaurants and bars are table service only. You must wear a face covering inside takeaways as well as in restaurants and bars, except when seated at a table to eat or drink. While you are eating, your face covering must not be placed on the dining table.
