Baby changing facilities are located in the toilets just outside the West Walk entrance. You can also find baby feeding facilities located off West Walk/Molesworth Street in the corridor leading to the Public Bathrooms.

Public toilets, including toilets for disabled customers and a parent and baby room, are located just outside the West Walk entrance.
Lewisham has taken guidance from Colostomy UK to provide stoma-friendly toilet facilities. All of our accessible toilets have been updated to include the correct Stoma Facilities. These can be found at the West side entrance. Each toilet now includes wall hooks, a colostomy bag shelf, a wall mirror and the correct disposal facilities.

A Post Office is located in the WHSmith store.
Passport photograph booths are located in West Walk and North Mall.
Any lost property in the centre is handed in to our Information Point located in Central Square.
Our cleaners are continuously on-hand to ensure the centre is kept pristine, and we hold a smoke-free shopping policy.
